Request For Proposals

The Mon Valley Alliance (MVA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for two parcels of land in Washington County, Pennsylvania. The study should assess and describe the suitability of these parcels, alone or together, for possible commercial and light industrial development, with specific suggestions for appropriate and feasible development. Each feasible suggestion should include information sufficient to support the necessary criteria for a PA SITES grant application below under Contract #C000094303.
