Mon Valley Alliance ("MVA") is soliciting lump sum price quotations from qualified contractors for the Channel Improvement project located in Lots 11 and 12 of the Alta Vista Business Park, Fallowfield Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania.

 

The project has been designed by H.F. Lenz Co. (Project No. 2026-1813.03). The complete plan set (Sheets C0.00–ES3.02, dated 04/07/2026) is attached and incorporated by reference. Contractors are expected to review all drawings in full before submitting a quotation.

 

Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. MVA reserves the right to reject any or all quotations.
