Alta Vista Business Park, a 256-acre site of flat and gently rolling land, is located in Fallowfield Township, Washington County. The business park is ideally situated off of Interstate 70 making it easily accessible from all directions. In addition, Alta Vista’s proximity within the five-county region affords employers access to a diverse labor pool.
This 400+ acre park overlooks the Monongahela River, adjacent to the Donora Central Business District in the Borough of Donora, Washington County. The park boasts many advantages including close proximity to major interstates, the rail system, the riverfront, low utilities, and the quality labor force throughout the Mon Valley region.
