    Choose Your Impact with Community Development Funds

    MVA has created four new community development funds to help support and start new projects that strengthen the community and benefit the region: Mon Valley Community Development Fund, Workforce Readiness Fund, Startup Incubation Fund and the Historical Preservation Fund.

    The Mon Valley Alliance (MVA) announced today the election of additional community leaders, filling three of the final five positions of its fifteen-member Board of Directors.

     

    Mon Valley Alliance recommended for Local Share Account award

    The Mon Valley Alliance (MVA) announced today that the Local Share Account Review Board has recommended an award of $252,000 to support the Charleroi Renaissance Phase 1 project, which would demolish the former Charleroi Football Stadium and prepare the site for a riverfront park.
