Specific Alta Vista Business Park Lots have been approved under the Local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance. Authorizes by local taxing authorities to provide tax exemptions with the purpose of incentivizing the redevelopment of aging or deteriorating properties and only applies to real estate.

Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ)

Alta Vista is a designated Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ). This means that qualified companies will not be responsible for most local and state taxes until 2023, including:​
