This 400+ acre industrial park is located in the Borough of Donora, Washington County. The park sits on the edge of the Monongahela River and adjacent to the Donora Central Business District. A new limited access road leads to I-70 and Rt. 88, allowing quick commutes to the Mid Mon Valley region and major highways. The Donora Industrial Park currently hosts 25+ businesses with an estimated 800+ jobs and a real estate valuation of over 35 million dollars.
